For much of my career, my identity was closely tied to my work. I spent many years in healthcare leadership, including executive and CEO roles, leading organisations and teams through complex challenges. I was someone others turned to for direction, clarity and problem-solving.

Over time, however, I realised something important — I had lost a sense of joy in my work. That realisation prompted a period of reflection and exploration about what leadership, purpose and contribution truly meant for the next chapter of my life.

What followed was a journey of learning, curiosity and rediscovery. I explored new ideas, studied coaching and eventually stepped into a different way of working — one that allowed me to support others navigating similar moments of transition and growth.

Today I work with leaders who are asking deeper questions about their careers, their impact and what comes next. Many are experienced professionals who have achieved a great deal but feel something shifting. They may be seeking renewed purpose, greater balance, or clarity about their next chapter.

Alongside individual coaching, I work with leadership teams and organisations to facilitate strategic planning, leadership development and organisational conversations that support clear direction and confident leadership.

I own and operate several small businesses across electrical services, accommodation, and serve as a Non-Executive Director within rural health services. These experiences keep my work grounded in the realities of leadership, governance, business ownership and decision-making.
